    Sidewalk covered in 2-3" of sand /mud from dirt parking lot. I'd recommend more frequent sidewalk sweepers in the areas of parking lot sediment and construction on downtown streets so these areas aren't hazardous to walk on. So much construction in this area and keeping the existing pedestrian infrastructure walkable would be appreciated. This block is used by many pedestrians and is two blocks from the performing arts center, one block from Red hat.
