    Crosswalks needed at Hargett St and S Bloodworth St. There is pedestrian and vehicular traffic on the AM from commuters who park along Hargett, children waiting for the bus on the SW corner, as well as residents of The Lincoln Apartments. Have noticed a number of vehicular-pedestrian conflicts and safety concerns lately. High-visibility crosswalks would help the situation.

    Street trees that were downed from the 2011 tornado still need to be replaced. They have been removed but have remained as bare stumps for two years. From what I understand this is not part of the HOA but a public street. This area is a significant gateway into the surrounding neighborhoods and the mature street trees add a lot of character and improve the look of our neighborhood. Please replace them. Thank you City of Raleigh!
