    Line hanging down from utilities at the intersection. (Damaged in storm and has not yet been repaired.) A cable has broken and is hanging down in two places. One touches the ground and is located next to the sidewalk at the intersection and the other end is hanging in the intersection above Lenoir street.

    Need for a safe pedestrian/ cyclist walkway crossing Western Blvd. at this location. The rocky branch trail comes out to meet the road at this location, making it an ideal place to cross over from Dix/rocky branch trail to pullen park safely with the addition of a raised walkway or the addition of a traffic light.
    I have frequently seen pedestrians, cyclists, and families with children/ strollers attempting to cross this very busy four lane street. Ive even seen cars turning across the westbound traffic to go east have a difficult time at this location.
