At the end of Harrington St is a set of stairs that lead down to Lenoir St. The stairs are dangerous to walk.. They are covered in broken glass, overgrown bushes and excessive litter in the area. the overgrown bush on the west side of the stairs is littered with glass.. it's unsafe and looks horrible.
