    Car has been parked and stripped of its motor and transmission. This vehicle has been on jack stands and stripped for over a month. It is located at the back parking lot of the Redwood Village Condominiums.

    The vehicle has no license plates, but the VIN number is visible through the windshield.

    Our community of transients have been using Hanh Park as a storage and sorting location for trash bins and shopping carts loaded with trash. The bring it to the park and dump it there.

    I reported a Homeless encampment at 2920 Redwood Parkway -- it was moved several days ago, but now someone has moved large plastic buckets and plastic bags of trash to the location. It looks like the people who had camped there before are staging items to recreate their camp.
