  • 12075 Stone Brook Cv Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta
The owner of 12075 Stone Brook Cove (Yoram Sharon) has been notified repeatedly that the deck on his property is a nuisance and that it has not been properly maintained. The owner refuses to properly maintain the deck. The deck is rotting, has no stain, and has not been maintained in over a decade. The deck is an eyesore and a nuisance and there is high probably it is a safety hazard. The condition of the deck has a negative impact on the curb appeal and property values of adjacent homes and the community in general (this is a townhome community). Per section 304.2 of the City of Alpharetta Code Enforcement Guide can someone from the City please inspect the deck of the 12075 property and contact the owner and demand that they promptly and properly maintain their deck up to City standards? Please feel free to reach out to me directly for assistance with contacting the owner. Thanks in advance for your consideration and prompt response.
  • Wills Park 408 Wills Rd, Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta

The issue in quotes below was originally posted on 4/10/20 with Issue ID 7653882. The issue was never properly addressed as bicycles, skateboards, foot scooters, motorized scooters, golf carts, and other "wheeled" and mechanical vehicles continue to utilize the walking/jogging trails in the park making it extremely dangerous for people who use the park for its intended use (walking and jogging). Within the past 2 weeks I have personally witnessed people almost hit by golf carts and bicycles, and there are bicycles, scooters and skateboards on the walking/running trails on a daily basis. Can the City please expedite posting signage with the park rules at the various park entry points and in order to prevent further dangerous conditions for park pedestrians? Please don't let Wills Park turn into the same very dangerous environment that the Alpharetta Greenway has evolved into. Thanks in advance.

    Original posting follows:
"The point of this request is to request signs to be put up in wills Park that clearly State the rules and specifically point out that no bicycles, scooters or skateboards are allowed in the park. Additional supporting background information follows: First and foremost wills park is an incredible facility. It seems that right before the coronavirus hit that staff were in the middle of changing out signs. Currently there are no signs describing the park rules, and lately the park has been overrun with skateboarders, scooters and bicyclist. I have seen several people almost hit, and I myself have almost been hit at least three times now. I used to walk and run on the big Creek Greenway but I quit going there because I saw several accidents and even saw a lady knocked out one day due to a bicycle speeding. I am also aware that there have actually been at least one death on the greenway due to bicyclist. Thanks in advance for your follow-up on this item."

  • 435 Trammell Dr Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta
Crowds were seen congregating outside of Jekyll Brewing, Ceviche, etc. in downtown Alpharetta yesterday (Sat 3/28/20) and these locations should be shutdown during this crisis. It is highly irresponsible and owners and management of these establishments and it is also irresponsible of patrons. Please close down ALL downtown Alpharetta bars/restaurants (or at least establish more stringent limits on who and how they can serve) until this crisis has passed. Thank you.

Someone hit the stop sign at the intersection of Webb Bridge Road and Stone Brook Cove over the weekend. The sign is bent over, twisted and part of the sign is missing (the Webb Bridge Road street sign component). Can the city please replace the stop sign and street signs as soon as possible? Thank you.
  • 12090 Stone Brook Cove Alpharetta, Georgia - Alpharetta
The owner of 12090 Stone Brook Cove parks his vehicle in his driveway and it constantly leaks oil. A large amount of oil has been leaking onto his driveway for over 3 months and has become an eyesore and nuisance that is negatively impacting surrounding property values as well as negatively impacting the ability to successfully sell homes in the community. Please note that these are attached townhouses so this issue is highly visible and offensive to the entire community as well as any prospective buyers that enter the community. Can code enforcement please contact the 12090 owner and ask him to promptly clean up this oil and prevent further oil from leaking onto his driveway. Thanks in advance.
  • 12115 Stone Brook Cove Alpharetta Georgia - Alpharetta
There was recent digging and asphalt work done by city contractors at the intersection of Webb Bridge Road and Stone Brook Cove. The asphalt repair was completed in manner that left the asphalt very loose and falling apart. The loose asphalt is becoming more unstable every day and is making a mess of the Stone Brook Commons community as it is being tracked in to the community by every vehicle entering on Stone Brook Cove. Can the city please make arrangements to have the asphalt at this location properly repaired and also ensure that the loose asphalt is cleaned up and removed (note that due to this improper repair there are large amounts of loose asphalt in the Stone Brook Cove street and gutters that needs to be removed). Thanks in advance.
