    A group usually occupies the SW corner of Moore Square on Saturdays from around 1:30 to 4 or so Have no quarrel with the message or the messengers But their sound amplification system is TOO LOUD

    The park patrons and surrounding businesses/residents are impacted It's an acoustic assault

    Had this as an Open issue in March but closed it in May as the volume was decreased But need some help again getting their amp turned down from "11" Thanks !

    Every Saturday from about 1 pm to 5 pm the same group sets up on the NE corner of the S Blount and E Martin intersection at the entrance to Moore Square and begins a 4-hour acoustic assault on the surrounding area Have no quarrel with the group or the message But the sound amplification level they employ is entirely TOO LOUD TV enjoyment and Saturday afternoon naps are not possible even 150 feet above the street Ground level enjoyment of the park, outside dining, and touristing is impacted This group is inflicting itself on others at an inappropriate level of noise Enforcement of the noise ordinance is requested to get the amplifier they employ turned down a bit Thanks from everyone impacted
