    Did Covid reduce the already implemented 2020 city budget ? Aren't there many who need employment ? Doesn't the City have a few trucks available ? Isn't picking up trash outside with masks on a safe Covid job ?
    There is just no excuse for this city to not keep up with cleaning up empty homeless sites and removing abandoned cars all over our streets.
