    The Traffic signal on Rollingwood is not timed correctly. First there is a long wait for the light to go to green and then it changes back so quickly that only one car can make it across the intersection. Rollingwood headed toward Hwy 680 with the cross street of Georgia Street.

    The Traffic Signal south bound on Rollingwood and at the corner with Georgia Street is NOT turning green. I sat thru 3 cycles and the other directions changed but not my direction. I had to eventually make a right turn and go down Georgia Street.

    FAST flowing water leaking across the concrete walkway and into Mare Island Channel. Cones & Hazard Tape but someone needs to be FIXING this immediately. I've called several numbers and left messages on answering machines. In a drought year---this is a beyond horrible waste of water!!!
