    Please remove large illegal dump garbage from underneath the entrance to the overpass. This is a constant occurrence that makes the area unsafe for all the kids and parents walking to the Beverly Hills Elementary School. A sign prohibiting littering would be of some deterrance.
    Also the public light at the entrance is not working. Please replace it. This is also a safety issue and deterrence against illegal dumping and graffiti damage to adjacent properties. Thank you
