The left turn ground signal for westbound Sereno Drive to southbound Broadway is smashed up pretty badly somehow. Still operational but cylinders look like they're hanging on by a thread.

I originally reported this a few weeks ago and it was fixed. But once again something is off with the detectors for the signals at Tuolumne Street and Hospital Drive. At 7pm Sunday night and again 11am Monday morning (Jan. 26-27), nonexistent Hospital Drive traffic received LONG green lights while frustrated Tuolumne traffic idled.

i just witnessed another near miss of a car exiting Mahogany Drive onto NB Broadway by a car attempting to turn right onto NB Broadway from Tuolumne.

Too many people aren't aware a signal for Mahogany now exists (it didn't before) and the way said signal is set up, it is hard to notice it's even there until...near-miss.

Something needs to be done to highlight Mahogany's existence; it lacks a street sign or even a hanging sign from a signal pole. To most, Mahogany is just a driveway. Even those using Mahogany aren't sure if they can legally turn right on the red or not.

Either a re-painting of the lines, a no-turn sign, a 4-way intersection sign such as those used in Palo Alto—anything to indicate this intersection is now 4-way instead of 3 would make a difference.

I live in this neighborhood; I see confusion at this intersection every day.

For several days now the "ground-level" signal for southbound Broadway traffic at the Park Place intersection has been damaged with one of the visors missing and the crossing signal crooked. I'm guessing a truck mis-measured a turn; can't imagine what else could have done this damage.

The new Jim Capoot signs on 37 have brought something to my attention—there are still Highway 37-Marine World Parkway signs along both Vallejo interstates.

Since the park nor road uses that name any longer (and that road no longer access the park even if either did) I'm wondering why those signs remain a decade later.

Tuolumne and Georgia's street sign is missing; I don't even see the pole. I reported missing signs at Benicia and Columbus last year and you guys were all over it; need you one more time.

Two issues: the Hospital Drive green light at Tuolumne St. is again staying stuck on green with no traffic (it had been doing so a few weeks ago). The other is the crosswalk over Hospital Drive; the paint is very badly faded and needs addressing. Thank you.

The button on the southeast corner of Admiral Callaghan/Redwood Pkwy (the one with the 80 exit ramp) doesn't activate the "man". I tried twice and nothing ever happened. (The opposite one DID work.)
