    Update Re trash at 1250 Toulumne
    I had a conversation with the deputy city attorney, Hamilton Jackson. He said that a Code Inspection is scheduled for September 7. Upon the negative report, the city will issue a warrant to be able to enter the property and remove the trash. He indicated that we can sue individually for the loss of our property value in small claims court.
