There is a 15 inch x 15 inch x 6 inch deep square cut into the asphalt at the shown location on Bland Road. It is an intentional cut into the pavement, probably by an inspection crew for observation. It is dangerous to automobiles as it is right in the right wheel path when approaching the intersection with Steinbeck Drive when going south. It has been there for about 3 weeks, and not repaired. Please repair. Thank you.

Recycling trash was not picked-up this past week. Blue barrels are still out at the curb on Wingate Drive.

18 inch diameter pothole in the soutbound lane of Old Wake Forest Road in front of the Millbrook United Methodist Church.

On the north side of the soccer field along the sidewalk that runs westward from Wingate Drive toward the playground and clubhouse, the 3rd and 9th lights are not working.

This 25 MPH speed limit sign has come down several times in the past few months. I am beginning to think the sign is being pulled-up by Speeders who want to avoid a Speeding Ticket.
You may need to set the sign post in concrete.

A couple of months ago a replacement "yellow" fire hydrant was installed at 4217 Wingate Drive. However the work was not finalized as there are still safety cones and signs surrounding the new hydrant. Also there appears to be a need for fill dirt at the installation. Please investigate and complete the installation. Thank you.

A Street Light is Needed along Hemingway Drive between Hiddenbrook Drive and Wingate Drive. This is a long stretch of street and sidewalk with no light. It is worsened by the trees, bushes, and terrain along this stretch of street. Neighbors have been requesting a light here for 10 years, told it would be investigated, No Light Yet.

The street lights along St. Albans Drive from Hardimont Road to Benson Drive have been out for about 6 months. This issue has been reported several times by various citizens and still has not been fixed.

There is vegetation and storm debris on the shoulders and in the roadway gutters along the west side of Six Forks Road from Ramblewood Drive to Anderson Drive.

Along W. Millbrook Road, just east of Shelly Lake, along the south shoulder. The guardrail has been damaged, probably by an automobile accident, and is buckled in a manner such that the railing protrudes across the curb line into the street.

Six street lights are not working along the south side of St. Albans Drive, east of Hardimont Road. The lights have not worked for several months, possibly due to the recent installation of underground utilities along the south shoulder.

Hardimont Road was recently resurfaced and new pavement markings were applied. In addition to the center-line, the roadway now has solid white lines marked 4 to 6 feet out from the curbing. There are no pavement markings or signs to indicate what these 4 to 6 foot outside lanes are for. Is this a bike lane ? Is this to mark parking ?? Cars are parked along the roadway, and as the cars are wider than the lanes, the cars are parked on top of the new solid white lines. What is going-on here ???

At the intersection of St. Albans Drive and Hardimont Road: Drivers are constantly running through the stop sign when turning from Hardimont Road to the west onto St. Albans Drive. Also, drivers traveling east on St. Albans Drive and turning north onto Hardimont Road are often cutting the corner and endangering the lives of motorist who are approaching or stopped at the intersection on Hardimont Road. Police enforcement of this intersection is needed for safety. Also, proper lane markings are needed at this intersection (painted stop bar and lane markings on Hardimont, left turn hash marks in the intersection for motorist turning from St. Albans to Hardimont.

The bushes on the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Hardimont Road and St. Albans Drive obstructs the view to the east when stopped on Hardimont Road facing St. Albans Drive.

A street light is needed at the intersection of Old Wake Forest Road and Pacific Drive. You can not see this intersection at night when traveling along Old Wake Forest Road. The closest street light is 1000 feet to the south, and over 1500 feet to the north. Please install a street light at this intersection. Thank you.
