The parking lot lights have not been adjusted for the earlier dusk hours. It’s really dark here from about 6:30 pm onward and the lights are not activated until about 8pm. Please adjust the timer to have this area lit during this busy time of day. It only invites trouble when this park stays in the dark.

Palm Trees on Canary, east and west of Berry Way, on both sides of the street - need trimming. Fronds are overgrown and high winds make it dangerous for pedestrians as a large frond can do some serious damage. Please send a tree trimmer to address. This is a second request as a previous request was sent to trim the wrong trees on Berry instead of Canary.

Two utility boxes (one for electrical and another for water) are located on the parkway directly in front of my home. Both utility boxes have dropped significantly below the surface line of the parkway. I would like to request both utility boxes be lifted so that they are flush with the parkway. I will be replacing the lawn on the two parkway strips these utility boxes are located in with drought tolerant plants and need to have the utility boxes at the appropriate level so that the work can be completed and to eliminate the safety risk of someone falling into a sunken utility box. Thank you for your attention to this request.

Noticed since tonight 8 street lights out. The are 4 lights out on Canary Ln. from Kellogg to about halfway down the block. Another 3 lights out along Berry Way, stretching to the next street light on Beverly. This entire side of neighborhood is completely dark at night.
