    Every Thursday we have street sweeping 12:30pm to 3:30pm. A few vehicles parked on 34th street from San Pablo Ave to Market Street, however they at least move during street sweeping time. A vehicle with Plate number 8TRS877, Nissan, AWD SL, Murano, ligth cream color, did not move last week. Driver came by and open the hood last Thursday to show engine problem to not get a parking ticket. Today a BLack woman left the vehicle door open.

    Magnolia Street Restaruant at 3443 San Pablo Ave 94608 blasting music with deep pounding bass through Several large DJ speakers and causing high pounding bass echoing all over the San Pablo Ave. We can hear and cannot go sleep at 11:45pm on Sunday 7/31/2022. I did call the OPD twice. I talked to Chef Leilani before regarding her music nuisances that she is causing for us and all the elderly living at California Hotel above her Restautrant in 5 floors. I understand restaurant needs to make money, however not at the cost of being disrespectful to people living near her restaurant or not following her liquor license restrictions. This restaurant liquor license does not permit playing music inside with doors open or outside so loud or operating this late at night pass 11:30 pm on 7/31/2022. Additionally the deep bass music causing the car alarms to keep going off this late at night. This restaurant also breaking Oakland nuisances ordinance.
