This property has an extension up from the top of their brick wall that is falling apart and unsightly. Needs to be not just fixed but maybe completely redone.

This house has become a blight on the neighborhood. The yard is overgrown and dead some weeds are a foot high. There are multiple cars parked in the driveway including cars sticking out of the driveway blocking the sidewalk. This unkept house affects our property values and blights the surrounding well kept homes and yards.

Parkridge between Lincoln and Washington elementary school is littered with debris including tree debris and pal fronds. It needs some maintenance.
  • 1455-1499 W Parkridge Ave Norco, CA, 92860, USA - Corona
South side of Parkridge is littered with trash and debris along the sidewalk and gutter. Also, the weeds are a foot high especially around the trees. The tree that was planted last year is dead due to lack of water, I think, and needs replacement. The street is especially bad between Lincoln and Lullaby.

I'm not sure if I coded this correctly. there is some kind of metal transformer box that has fallen apart on Lincoln just South of Placid. Needs to get fixed before the kids get into it.

Resident's park their car on their grass. I believe this is against code not to mention it looks very trashy.

I know you had stated that the trees were going to be trimmed along Parkridge and Lincoln in my previous weed removal request but as I was driving home along Lincoln this afternoon I noticed that there are trees entangled in the high power lines. The one I am concerned about is behind two houses south of Placid on Lincoln. The tree from the resident's back yard is over hanging on the Lincoln side and a large branch is resting on the power line causing it to be stretched and taut. I think it is a big safety hazard as the kids walk home from school along this route and a wind could cause that line to snap. Please have them check it out. Maybe It is nothing but I prefer to have it looked at and addressed rather than wait for the tree trimming schedule to begin. Thanks

The tree areas along Parkridge between Lincoln and Washington Elementary are over grown with weeds. I know it has been raining and that makes them grow but someone needs to keep up on it. Weeds are easier to pull in the rain anyway. Get those yellow slickers out. :)

Sorry, I had to repost as the system wouldn't allow me to add this picture to the previous post. Abandoned truck on Auburndale.

On both sides of the street on Auburndale just before River are two cars that have been sitting there for moths. I know the residents at that location have lots of cars but they don't usually leave them abandoned. Please have code enforcement or the police take a look to ensure these two vehicles are not abandoned. Easy to spot. Both covered in dirt and spider webs.

A couple of months ago the city replaced a dead tree on Parkridge; two trees down from Lincoln. It is a very young tree and I am afraid it is dying without additional water to get it established. I am sure there is an underground sprinkler but this poor thing needs a whole lot more to get started especially with the current heat. Is there anything you can do to keep it from dying?

I realize that keeping graffiti under control is difficult. With that being said....perhaps somebody can instruct the workers that painting over the graffiti only on the writing simply changes the color of the graffiti. I have seen this all over the place and think maybe an in-service on painting over graffiti, in wall matching blocks of paint, is preferable to simply painting over the lines. An example is in the Auburndale community park on the West wall.
  • Shamrock St Corona, California, 92880 - Corona
We have new neighbors at the corner of Shamrock and Heather Cr. I think they may not know they are responsible for the grass strip along the side of their property that runs along Heather Cir. They are new and maybe don't realize this. It is getting over grown with weeds and needs maintenance.

This house has a set of old sofas at the curb that have been there for about 3 weeks now. Long enough for them to have contacted WM for a bulk pick-up. Perhaps they don't know about that option? Either way it needs to go. :)
  • 1455-1499 W Parkridge Ave Norco, CA, 92860, USA - Corona
The stretch between Lincoln and west down Parkridge is suffering from trash in the gutter again. Also, the ground around the trees is all growing weeds too. You might have your tree guy look at he second tree on Parkridge west of Lincoln as it is dead as a doornail. :)

The weeds are taking over on the West side of Lincoln between Fallbrook and River Road park. I know you recently sprayed but they got ahead of you guys and they are on the run now! :)
  • 1250 Heather Cir Corona, CA, 92878, USA - Corona
The gate to the Auburndale community center off Heather has been pulled down. We put it upright, and tied it, so no one would trip on it but it needs to be fixed ASAP. Maybe just take it off. Nobody likes it there anyway. :) Thanks

Don't know how this happened but a large chunk of the curb has broken off on the corner of Auburndale and Kingsdale. About a 2 foot chunk.
  • 812-820 N Lincoln Ave Corona, CA, 92880, USA - Corona
The West side of Lincoln between Fallbrook and Bayfield needs some attention. Some of the trees that were planted a couple of years ago are dead. Others are fine. Mainly in the area nearer Fallbrook.
  • 1501-1585 W Parkridge Ave Norco, CA, 92860, USA - US Congressional District CA44
Lots of debris and standing water along the gutter on the South side of Parkridge between Lincoln and the school.
