Reported this on 11-2-18 went by there today. nothing has been done. Doesn't anyone from the city want to admit what a shithole this area is? Have they not seen this eyesore? Bums thieves druggies. Now shootouts and murder?

Tweaker living in u haul van in back of Mcdonalds parking lot. Has it backed in with the back open working on bicycles Hood is up too .Tried to take a picture but he made a threatning movement towards my car..These people are getting very aggressive!

I reported this on 10-9-18 and it was closed. NOTHING has been done. I took this picture 10-16-18 in the afternoon. The whole area is infested with scumbags and residents personal safety is risky. COV get your s*** together and clean up Steffan Manor and Lincoln Rd East from The Granite store all the way to Benicia Rd

The bums are still living here propping up the mattress as shelter. This mattress has been there for over a week. Also the two story on Lincoln rd east was quiet for a while but the scumbags are slowly coming back.

I would like to thank the Solano County Sheriff for working hard to clean up Lincoln rd east from benicia rd to Buss. But the homeless are spreading out and becoming more blatant. Going in peoples yards and urinating. Looking in car windows. Still alot of illegal activities. These pictures are 9-26-2018 at 11:30 am. Thanks again to Solano County Sheriff! Rambler alley at buss AGAIN! This is an ongoing dump site the city has done nothing to remedy. Same old routine. Lowlifes dump garbage in alley. Then Scum homeless bum drug addict thieves go through it and scatter it all over. This regular scumbag is even eating lunch among the crap. VPD please start arresting these criminals. We all support the PD but the politicians won't let you do your job. Clean up this city!!

Rambler alley at Buss Ave. Well known dump location. City has done nothing to stop dumping here and do not clean up the illegal dumping or the gathering of homeless/ criminals in the area. Steffan Manor used to be a nice area. Just stay away from Lincoln Rd East. Also alot of garbage from the McDonalds/Starbucks
