    There is a massive pot hole on the curve of N 54th St in front of the home owners driveway. The road is already very narrow, making it impossible to miss the pothole if another vehicle is coming towards you.

    Contractor on Monroe Station put a utility cut through the roadway. The pavement repair job has created a dip in the roadway. Also, the contractor left an erosion control issue. Sediment from the site has deposited on Grays Gap Road and has gone into the storm sewer. Please fix the dip in the roadway and clean up the sediment pollution before further polluting Owl Creek.

    The homeowner has not cleared the leaves from their sidewalk. The sidewalk is completely covered. You can’t even tell where the sidewalk is and where their yard is. I’ve about twisted my ankle walking through there. Also when the leaves are wet, they are slippery. Besides being unsightly, this is a safety violation for elderly and handicapped needing to use the sidewalk and the homeowner needs to clear these away.

    I mistakenly submitted this as 3661 Persimmon instead of 6331 Persimmon. Please delete the one for 3661 (I don’t think that address even exists) Sorry.
