Construction crews for the immense amount of construction in the Seaboard Station area has been a huge obstacle for local businesses. Access being cut off. Lack of parking. Roads blocked. Etc. They are NOT helping the local businesses survive. Customers cannot reach services or retail. These construction crews are not cooperating!
