A Specialist will be at the location to investigate the damaged hydrant within 8 hours. Depending on the issue, the Specialist may be able to resolve the request. However, depending on the severity of the damage, it can take anywhere from 10-45 days to resolve. This time includes repairs to the hydrant as well as restoring the property, sidewalk, and/or street.
