Description
Almost two weeks ago, I posted about an illegally dumped toilet in a large cardboard box, left on the curbside strip in front of our house. LCI responded that they had notified DPW, from whom there has been no response and no action. Please let me know what should happen next to have this illegally dumped toilet-in-a-box removed.
