Description
Homeless people have cut a hole in the fence and dumped all sorts of trash, shopping carts, chairs, appliances and other trash in the bushes next to 580 westbound. My bedroom window is directly next to these bushes and I hear drug addicts conducting deals under the cover of the bushes and mentally ill people shouting in the middle of the night.

And deliciously fragrant for 2 weeks in spring.
Not for faint hearted gardeners.
