Green van has 4 flat tires and has not been used in 2020. I just reported another vehicle blocking sidewalk at this same address that should have been 1366 Lowell (instead of 1336 which is where the inoperable with flat tires is located)

Whenever I come to the intersection of Fremont & Broadway there is a very strong odor of marijuana

Overhead sign marking KIMBALL above northbound lane on N. Fremont is completely illegible (looks like it's been spray-painted or something). Please repair or replace.

While taking a walk and passing by the business located at 1400 Canyon Del Rey, I detected a strong odor of a cannabis related product. It is my understanding that according to their used permits business as of this type are required to have sufficient ventilation to avoid situations that I have just described. I am also in the process of obtaining contact information for the air quality board.

I just have a question for public works. I was wondering when lower Kimball Avenue will be repaired? It appears that the major construction is finally done, so I was curious when the final paving job will be started? Thanks for the info.

Somebody dumped the back seat of a car or pickup behind the traffic barricade along General Jim, at the entrance to the blocked-off road where people walk and ride bikes.

The Building Dept. received the below information via email:
"I sent an e-mail in September re: basketball hoop left on the street at 1168 Amador Ave. It seems that it is back out on the street for the past two weeks as of the date of this e-mail. Thank for your help in upholding the ordinance."
