    School zone lights not blinking at mm Walton elementary school during school zone times. Ramey and Cass is a very busy street and there is not a school crossing guard at the location.

    The traffic light at Hwy 114 and Harriet Creek drive in Justin has been blinking nonstop since Saturday. Please fix this. It has had this issue before and it's very close to our schools and causes lots of back ups. When it is not malfunctioning, the lights seem to stay red for a very long time.
