Santana Regional Park - CoronaEvery stall in both women/mens bathrooms had the toilet paper stacked on top. They were not installed into the holders. I have seen this on several occasions. Such lazy work ethic. NOT how our amazing city should be represented. Workers should have pride in their work - even the little tasks like these are noticed by the public.
