Since new people moved in It looks like a used car dealership. People always working on cars all day in driveway and front yard. Its possible (not confirmed) anti freeze and other engine fluids are leaking into the sewers and hazardous chemicals being thrown out in normal trash/recycling (not confirmed). At least 10 cars on the property and people parked on the street working on cars. Please get the zoning department to look into this.
