Abandoned VehicleBuksan3729 Dusty Lane Raleigh, North Carolina, 27604 - Raleigh Council District BOlder model Nissan Maxima, burgundy in color. Tires going flat. Expired tag 12/2023. Vehicle has not moved in several months. City has put a sticker on the window but all the resident has done is inflate the tires, and they are going flat again. Last time this request was filed, it was "assigned", RPD said vehicle was moved (it wasn't) and request closed. This vehicle has been sitting on the street, not moved, with expired tags for close to 6 months not and nothing has been done. Please deal with this, we're tired of looking at it.

After Hours / Critical IssuesKinilalaWestern Boulevard Raleigh, North Carolina - CentralThe intersection of Western Blvd and Boylan Ave remains a problem. In the last three days I have nearly been hit by a car that did not recognize the red light as relevant to their desire to turn left from Western onto Boylan and seen three other cars turning onto Western from Boylan run the red light for pedestrian crossing. Cars do not know where to stop (for westbound traffic on Western some go through the intersection and stop by the walkway others stop before the intersection, eastbound cars on Western turning left onto Boylan do not always stop before the crosswalk but seek to turn while the cars are stopped on Western). All of this is very hazardous for pedestrians and motorists. Is there some kind of signage to alert those turning onto Western from Boylan that they should be alert to the possibility of a red light at the crosswalk? Should the crosswalk be moved? Is there a sign to inform turning traffic from Western onto Boylan about where to stop or can an additional light be placed over the turn lane? I don't know the best solution, but this is an ongoing problem.
