Fencing around construction site blocks view of oncoming traffic on Edenton when traveling north on Seawell

Road work signs are placed too close to the road so vehicle hit their side mirror because the road is too narrow. And now it's obstructing the view of oncoming traffic

Light isn't viewable due to tree coverage driving down New Bern as you go into downtown. Have seen multiple wrecks and close calls. Trees obstruct view of the signal as you approach the signal. Lower branches of trees need to be trimmed back.

When driving on Harvey toward Aycock, the intersection is very hard to see traffic coming from the right (on Aycock) drivers have to pull far out in the intersection in order to see incoming traffic. It would be very helpful to have a traffic mirror.

There are multiple issues with this street. Cars are unable to see the stop sign due to overgrown trees, cars cannot drive on one side of the street due to overgrown trees, large bush obstructs the sidewalk, .and no street light makes area very dark at night.

traffic study desprately needed at skycrest rd and southall road the traffic from the new hope rd/skycrest intersection backs up preventing traffic from southall road to turn out left or right

There is a tree that obstructs the light from this street lamp. At night this lamp does very little to light this very dark area due to this tree.
