Both Charlie and Scott came out on September 8th and agreed that piping is needed to be run from the street drain down to the lake as it is currently channeling over the grass and into both my and my neighbor's basements causing them to flood every single time there is a rainstorm for days after the water seeps into the ground and both of our sump pumps are running 24/7 to remove the water. I have asked multiple times for updates and was told it would be completed in 2021. Would like to put in a formal request with public works for this pipe to go in and prevent the water damage to my home and basement from occurring due to the public water not being piped out correctly to the lake.
