Thank you so much for taking care of this it's so much better. While the tree encroachment was dealt with, there is still an issue of the soil from the hill next to the sidewalk taking up about 1/3 of the sidewalk. it's not as much of an annoyance now, but it will only get worse if there's no kind of retaining wall or something to hold it back.
