I submitted a report too and am in the villas. They closed it without doing anything….

Arrowhead Villa is maintained by the County and we will get to this road. Lords Lane is not maintained by the County. County crews are working 24/7 to open and clear all County Maintained Roads. We experienced historical amounts of snow with this storm series and are running into cars blocking the roads, along with downed trees and power lines. We ask for your patience and we will eventually get to your roads. For emergency issues such as water or food or medical issues, please contact the County Help Line: 909-387-3911. Please call 911 for life threatening emergencies.

Totally understand.
My address is on Arrowhead Villa Rd. (where my property lines go and I pay my dues, so technically I am on the county road), but Lords Lane is on top of it for the folks beyond my residence. Access to my home is compromised/blocked by Lords Lane--it is what it is.
Very grateful for help when it arrives!

I always do my best to shovel out Lords Lane/ Arrowhead Villa Rd. for myself and others when I can! Appreciate everyone's efforts during this emergency.

All county-maintained roads are plowed and accessible.
