Description

On 5/5/23 service request was #1293397. Still refrigerator is on the public side walk.
During and after tenants move out, Owner, Manager and Tenants dumping on to the property front yard. Later, dumping to the Oakland street. Illegal dumping starts after property owner visits the property.
