There are a couple older model sedans being worked on near 33rd/Oliver - one on each side of the street. The owners seem to always have doors open and multiple bags of trash in and around vehicles. Both have been there for a few weeks and the owners seem to be outside “working” on them a lot. Not sure what’s going on - nothing illegal seen. It’s just a bit off with the constant presence and large amount of trash/debris. Has anyone else seen this?
