Description

The constant flooding on my property and constant road damage is likely caused by lack of storm drains on this side of the road. This is the direct responsibility of the town to control the water that is coming down the town roads. My property is constantly flooded due to lack of proper curbing and lack of storm drains. This has to be addressed and fixed very soon. The amount of money time and effort I have spent repairing this town's mistakes is outrageous. My next step is going to be speaking to a lawyer. And filling a lawsuit for damages against the town if this is not addressed
