Description

Those of us living around the intersection of 30th and Hawthorne (especially going all the way down 30th to Division) constantly see cars gunning through the traffic light or for some reason maybe speeding down to get to Division faster (?) and we can tell it's absurdily past the neighborhood speed limit. 30th is a very space-constrained street (I've gotten my parked car crashed into twice by drunk drivers, mine and neighbors cars have gotten our side windows swiped multiple times when we've forgotten to push them in) and with multiple schools and parks within a .5 mile radius.....it's crazy that speed bumps have yet to be layed out (especially between Hawthorne and Division). How does one go about requesting this or filing a complaint?
