This vehicle appears to be stolen; the ignition looks punched out.

Thank you for the recent update. Our Parking Enforcement promptly investigated the situation to confirm that the vehicle was not stolen. They successfully located the vehicle and checked its Vehicle ID number, which did not return as a stolen vehicle. Additionally, the ignition was found to be intact. We are grateful for your assistance in contributing to the safety of our community.
