reported here https://seeclickfix.com/issues/15348138 but creating a new issue for this since it's still a problem and obviously the original is being ignored. this is not a case of it having reoccurred as there is grass growing in it now

A. sidewalk has dirt runoff all over it to the point of growing grass and moss. impassible for those with mobility issues/wheelchairs
