Description

The stoplight at the intersection of Holly Springs and Ten Ten Rd cycles too quickly for the traffic on Holly Springs Rd traveling to Holly Springs. Each evening the traffic is backed up from that intersection back to the stoplight at the intersection of Holly Springs and Penny Rd. The distance between those two intersections is less than 2 miles but can take 10 to 15 minutes to go that small amount of distance. I have timed the light to cycle as short as 18 seconds for traffic to move through.
