RPD SWD CPO has been monitoring this vehicle since the last complaint. CPO has spoken to the driver of the vehicle previously and explained the city ordinance. An officer came out last week and took pictures of the truck and it was determined on 04/02/24 and the truck had not been moved for the past 7 days so a noticed tag was applied to the vehicle. A follow-up will be conducted after 7 days and handled accordingly.

RPD monitored this vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. this truck was moved by its owner since it was tagged.

Is it ok to have a non registered vehicle parked on the street? It seems to always be there each time we walk around the neighborhood since early this year, except it's moved a few feet. If it's not there when the PD comes by, obviously they are driving an unregistered vehicle around.
