Man wears same gtey outfit furb3 weeks ir more sits at park with a baby and stroller in heat or cold 4 hours notes sometimes maybe longer I never see him hold it feed or change the baby’
It’s more than suspicious because the park is closed
He’s not a regular here until 3 weeks ago approximately
