Description

Light trespass. This guy has lights that shine right through my front windows! He positioned his lights to purposely flash through the front of my house. I have called the police several times. He also keeps his car parked in front of my house and never moves it...way beyond 72 hours. I tried to get a restraining order....I was denied. The neighbors know he is doing this on purpose because I reported him for a building code violation. He has cut my trees which are on my property. I have had it with him! The light trespass has to stop. I cannot enjoy my property at night because of his flashing lights.
