I’ve asked several time over the years to get the Stop re-painted and they won’t, so many wrecks I won’t be surprised if this exist get closed down

You may submit a Customer Service Request to them directly using their online reporting tool here: https://csr.dot.ca.gov/, or by calling the CalTrans District 4 office at (510) 286-4444.
