Description
Hi,
I'm writing to re-open Issues #14864094 (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/14864094), which was closed by the City but has yet to be resolved. I just spoke by phone with Scott at the transportation department, who was very helpful and said he would look into it. For reference, the issue is that the street lamp across the street from us shines into our bedroom windows and we are hoping a glare shield could be installed to remedy this. We had a similar problem several years ago when we lived on Whitney Ave, and the City installed a metal glare shield on the lamp, which completely solved the problem then, so I'm hoping we can do the same thing here. (We live across the street from this lamp, so it is the street-facing (east) side of the lamp that we are hoping could be shielded.) Thank you!
