I live in the Emery Bay Village and my house is right next to 47th street. When the street sweeper goes by it is really loud. I don't mind that, because the streets need to get cleaned, but is it really necessary for the sweeper to pass by 8 times multiple days per week? It's driving me and all the dogs in the neighborhood crazy.
