I went to the property in question and could not make any visual confirmation of any violations from the front of the property nor was I able to make contact with the home owner, going to visit the property again to make another attempt at communication to see property

I spoke with owner of the property, they said they will access the damages and disrepair of the fence and fix whatever is necessary.

Recieved a call from property owner, he is currently in talks with contractors to get work completed and has put up a temporary barrier in the mean time, i will investigating this further to legitimize any statements.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this issue.
