Description

The 13th & Tacoma intersection is underdeveloped for the amount of traffic it sees. It'd be great to have turning lanes on 13th for people trying to turn west onto Tacoma. They clog up the intersection during rush hour, making it very difficult to cross Tacoma. There is space for lanes now, but it is set up as (usually empty) parking.
