what law are they breaking ?and where would u like them to go whats your suggestion u dont have one but not in my neighberhood

You can't even take your kids to the park because of the homeless or the homeboy's from the apartments selling and smoking their drugs!!!

The HOPE Team and zone officers are aware of the transients at Promenade Park. We will continue to conduct patrol in the area and contact them as call loads allow.
