Your request has been routed to Public Works. The pin drop and listed address do not match the text of your submitted request. If the debris is located within the City Limits, Public Works will address the issue.
To report an illegal dumping or a spill, call (925) 943-5854 (during business hours) or (925) 943-5844 (for after hours).
When a user creates a request, the phone app/desktop site suggests that a pin is dropped in the approximate area of where the issue is located. This aids staff in locating the issue and in this matter, whether it is within the City Limits. As the northern portion of Jones Rd is outside of the City Limits and is not the City's responsibility, providing the correct location is helpful to determine whether the issue should be routed to the County.
Matthew, thanks for the information on the PIN. Just a thought for the City, It would be nice if you put up a sign that you are now on country land. Jones Road is a lond road used be everyone and with a sign we will know who to contact.
