LOL, Brighton wanted to enforce (past tense) parking restrictions, but didn't want to pay for the upkeep of the same roads, so handed them to the city and still tried (but failed) to enforce and sign parking restrictions under unenforceable HOA by-laws. Such hypocrites. LOL.
