Description

Hello, I am a neighbor who would like to file a complaint about the misuse of Oak Park (3229 Kempton Ave, Oakland, CA 94611). Since the pandemic began, dozens of people congregate there daily, leaving behind piles of organic and plastic waste. At the time of this writing the city trash receptacle is overflowing. If there is any way to provide more trash bins and/or more frequent garbage pickups, this would hopefully help contain the litter problem. Thank you.
